these are images from a couple weeks ago as we were fabricating the
vanity for the bathroom project in petaluma.
we used the reclaimed redwood we've been working with all year so
the piece blends into the floor. we actually matched the color and grain
running up the side of this piece to those of the floor boards.
why?
because even if we're the only ones who consciously understand what
we did, we'll know it was executed with intention.

yes, and that intention is read either consciously or unconsciously by those exposed to and/or living with the pieces and "forms" you've created... such beautiful, conscientious work - definitely a reflection of the designers !
