however you like it

we just got an order from a new client who recently visited our
good friend anthony's home and saw the last version of our
ac credenza sitting front and center in his livingroom.

she got our info, contacted us and only had one question:
how can i have one of these?

talk about a softball question.

wine if you want to

we had a chance to take a private tour of the property and a library
wine tasting at one of our new favorite wineries in sonoma county
last weekend: williams selyem.

tucked just above the russian river and just below the dry creek
valley
, the winery not only creates amazing, world class pinot noirs,
but has also created one of the most architectural compelling
structures in the northern california wine country.

our host, michael traverso, allowed us a glimpse into one of the most
exclusive wineries on the west coast and offered tastes of some of the
best stainless-steel cask chardonnay we've ever had the pleasure of
drinking.

voted winemaker of the year in 2011 by wine enthusiast magazine,
the future is bright for this gem of a winery.

if you feel the urge to visit williams selyem, be sure to set up an
appointment well in advance....their cult status is on the wain.

play dirty

all the updates to the san francisco/hayes valley undefeated store
were completed at the end of last month.

new overhead lighting, new exterior sign and some all-important
tweaks to the display fixtures.

all said, some sweet improvements for all the new fresh gear that
arrives daily.

if you haven't been down lately, stop by and check out the new
play dirty tees. you know we're rocking them, like, every day.

...and make sure to tell darius, asa or fitz that form3 sent you.

they love us at undefeated!

reading is fundamental

while in the emerald city a couple weeks ago scouting retail locations
for the new timbuk2 store, greg had a chance to visit the rem koolhaus
-designed seattle central library in the heart of downtown.

a tremendously impressive architectural statement and completely
inspirational, to say the least.

architecture critic paul goldberger, writing in the new yorker upon it's
opening, declared the structure "the most important new library to be built
in a generation, and the most exhilarating."

so true, boo.

so true.

nice work

when we see the 408 come up on our line, we know it's a good thing.

that means it's jeff or ian from aristocrats, san jose.

last time they called it was all about defining the brand they started
over three years ago with an update to their japantown store in order
to showcase some of the newest gear arriving daily for the masses.

we obliged by designing a new point-of-sales area with front-facing
graphic display, translucent shelving and some stainless steel hanging
racks...all-in-one.

top it off with the bad-ass sabotage-designed logo and it all came
together like mother, jugs and speed.

no doubt, it did.

thanks to angel and barry for killing it on this one.

nice work.

the lifestyle

you'd think there was no news in the month of february if this
blog was your only news source.

for everyone's benefit, we know that's not the case.

these are a couple images from the work we did for a petaluma
couple who were in dire need of an update of their mid-century
home on the quaint westside.

now they're living the form3 lifestyle and digging every second.

good for them.
